    Description

Coming up from a few customers, they want the ability to pause or stop the XDCR stream and restart it without having to resync the entire bucket. I know there were some plans for this originally, are they still alive?

      The use cases here are:
-Being able to have a "consistent" backup taken off of a remote cluster by stopping XDCR, letting everything drain, etc.
-Being able to "trigger" XDCR to prevent application-level data corruption from impacting a backup
-Being able to stop XDCR in the event of performance/application impact and restart once resolved.
      -Probably more?
