[windows] couchbase server failed to start after install in windows 2008 R2 64-bit

Couchbase server failed to start right after installation.

There was a job in jenkins that all tests failed. Go into each vm, I saw couchbase server did not start.
I tried to restart couchbase server by 2 methods:
net start couchbaseserver
and restart by services
Both methods failed to bring couchbase server up in 3 vms out of 4 vms.
There are also erlang crash dump at each node.
I will try on the 4th vm to see if it gets the same situation.

I also try to reboot the vms or reinstall couchbase server to see if I could bring couchbase server up.
