Mutation Queues - Test case for cursor jumping to and from disk

One situation that my happen frequently when the server is under pressure is for a cursor to be kicked out of the mutation manager and then read off of disk, then catch up and read from memory for a little bit only to be kick out of the mutation manager again. This will likely be a source of problems and and this task is to add extra test cases around this area.
