Incoming XDCR mutations don't match outgoing XDCR mutations

    Description

      Couchbase Server 2.2.0 on CentOS 6.4 in AWS.
      A 4-node cluster replicating about 35k sets/sec to a 4-node cluster.

      See the two screenshots. In one we see the outgoing XDCR mutations/sec as only a few hundred per second, yet on the other we see that incoming XDCR mutations as many thousand per second.

      Probably just a stats issue, but would certainly lead to some confusion.
