Update shipped V8 version (was: Character differences between gets and views)

If characters such as 🏁 exist in a document, they will return properly in a get but result in � when returned inside a view query. This has been determined to be an issue with V8 3.7, and V8 should be updated to a later version (3.9.24 does not exhibit the issue).
