3.0.0 manifest points to internal servers, making it not possible to fetch for people outside the company or not using the vpn

    Description

      The current 3.0.0 release manifest points to internal servers:

      https://github.com/couchbase/manifest/blob/master/rel-3.0.0.xml#L3

      This makes it impossible to fetch without accessing the VPN (which never really worked for long to me on linux). Certainly inconvenient for employees, but also makes it impossible for people from the outside to fetch it and build from source (as we're open source).

      The manifest for master branches and other releases works.
