Add consumer close stream test cases

1. Test close stream for non-upr connection

• Send an upr close stream and expect to be disconnects

2. Test close stream when non exists

• Send open connection to consumer
• Send close stream to some vbucket and expect key_noent

3. Test close stream wrong opaque

• Send open connection
• Send add stream request for vbucket 0
• Get the opaque for the stream from the stats
• Send close stream with a different opaque value and expect an exists error

4. Test close stream

• Send open connection
• Send add stream request for vbucket 0
• Get the opaque for the stream from the stats
• Send a close stream with the correct opaque and expect success
• Send a stats request an make sure that the stream is in dead state
