MutationTokens Do Not Work Because BucketRef Is Always Null

    Description

      When using MutationToken on an cluster with useEnhancedDurability="true", the MutationToken always has a null for BucketRef. This results in a NullReferenceException when you subsequently call QueryRequest.ConsistentWith and pass a MutationState including any MutationTokens.
