RYOW ConsistentWith Doesn't Function For N1QL Queries

When using QueryRequest.ConsistentWith(state), the query returns with this error:

Error #: 1070
Message: scan_vectors has to be of type map of strings to vectors

This is running against Couchbase Server 4.5 Beta build 2203

Note that to get this error, you must use the fix for MutationTokens from NCBC-1119: http://review.couchbase.org/#/c/64314/. Without this fix you can't reach the error because the MutationState can't be sent to the server.
