    Description

      It was noted that the client may not automatically re-prepare when an index is removed, but from a cursory code inspection it appears that it should.

          I've been able to confirm Sever 4.5.1 returns error code 12016 where we only look for 5000 with a custom error message of "queryport.indexNotFound".
