Push nuget packages to MyGet from AppVeyor

We would like to push the nuget packages created for each commit in AppVeyor to MyGet. This would allow SDK QE to use this feed for internal testing and possibly be useful to customers who want to use a fix before the official client is released.

However all packages are unofficial and will generally not supported. The feed description will also need to highlight it is an unofficial / unsupported feed.
