Add pooling for MUX connections

This ticket is to add some sort of pooling for MUX connections for certain situations where large document sizes and/or heavy workloads cause contention. This pool would be different from the previous pooled connections because all MUX connections would be available at anytime - requests would simply be distributed evenly to each MUX connection.
