Views return null values for each row when UseStreaming is enabled.

When enabling streaming with UseStreaming(true) for a queries on views, the resulting rows do not contain any data as they are being enumerated as all fields are null.
 
This reproduces also in the Couchbase client unit test as seen in the attached image, although the unit test passes because it does not verify the content of the rows.
