          This is not related to spock integration tests, but rather because the create document flag needs to be in a different byte.

          Pushed new patchset, though it is a fairly large change from what we had previously. This is the best time to make this change as the API will become committed in 2.5.0.

          Instead of SubdocLookupFlags and SubdocMutateFlags, we actually needed SubdocPathFlags and SubdocDocFlags. I've worked my way through and updated all the usage, fixed tests, etc. This includes creating a document using the doc flag which is now successful.

          There are a couple of pending issues:

          • multi look / mutation operations don't include doc flags in the extras setion
          • I haven't verified if full doc access via subdoc is working yet
