Add GetNode(CouchbaseService) to IConfigInfo

Improve DRY by adding a new method of retrieving a node for a particular service with support for providing the service type, number of attempts, wait between attempts and cancellation token.

This code is heavily duplicated and would benefit from being made reusable.
