      Description

OpenTracing 0.12 is a breaking change from 0.10, but is required as the API is evolving. Additionally, 0.12 signs the dlls which makes it compatible with other signed libraries on NuGet.

We had to create and host a signed version of OpenTracing 0.10 because the Couchbase assemblies are signed.

Please update the fix version to when you anticipate this will be ready.

We decided to re-sign the OpenTracing 0.10 library and publish OpenTracing.Signed as an interim solution. There is work to have the libraries signed by default - PR.

The work to upgrade to 0.11 can be done with less urgency and with additional testing as it's includes a number of significant changes, likely 2.6.0.
