    Description

      These are old style csproj based projects that target net framework directly which means they are not .net standard compatible. They need to either be migrated to .netstandard projects, or merged into either Couchbase.UnitTests or Couchbase.IntegrationTests.

      NOTE: can use the same trick as NCBC-1664 to only build net45/46 targets on non-windows hosts
