    Description

      Append and Prepend operations should not allow NotMyVBucket errors to bubble out of the SDK and this is handled within the RequestExecutors. However, it was found a few places skipped the request executor and instead submitted directly to a server and did not handle NMVB scenarios.

      Append & Prepend in the CouchbaseBucket should be updated to use the request executor instead

      Related to NCBC-1725 (Increment in Couchbase bucket).
