framework : both .net full (not tested on net core yet)
      mode : async
      operation : KV
Server: 4.5 (but it happens regardless of server version)

Test : Ramp for 30 seconds. Cluster modification: Execute 'iptables -A INPUT -s 172.23.109.123 -p tcp --dport 22 -j ACCEPT; iptables -A INPUT -s 172.23.109.123 -p tcp --match multiport --dports 11210,8091,11211,8092,18091,8093,18093,18094 -j DROP' on 4 nodes (including EPT) waiting 1 seconds between each invocation sleep for 45 seconds and restore the nodes. Restoring is peformed by: re-active the services by invoking iptables -Fon each of the nodes. Rebound for 90 seconds.
