      Description

      When updating to the new csproj format, the Release configuration doesn't automatically set the optimze property. This should be set when building, particularly when packaging, to improve performance and not embed debug symbols.

          I am curious what the performance diff between <Optimize>true</Optimize> and <Optimize>false</Optimize> will be.
