Default timeout is set as seconds as opposed to milliseconds

      Description

      The default timeout should be 2500ms, instead it calls an overload of TimeSpan as the seconds parameter and not the milliseconds parameter.

          I think there's a typo there you meant "2500ms" in the description, right?

          I noticed that this was not merged after publishing 2.7.4, so moving 2.7.5
