    Description

      This is ticket is to:

      1. Refactor/Redo the configuration so that it uses (extends) the .NET Core APIs for platform consistency.
      2. We should support JSON, Web.Config DND-SRV and the Couchbase config string protocol out of the box, but easily be extensible for advanced scenarios.
