Suffix all public asynchronous methods with 'Async'

Currently, the K/V API purposesly does not add the "Async" suffix as recommended by MS. This was done because some libraries are choosing not to go this way as everything in new APIs may be async.

Based on discussion, we'll make a collective decision here. Note that the title of this ticket should be changed depending upon the direction we take.
