Improve logging when an ODE is raised

When an connecitions are recycled, the following message is logged:

Handling disconnect for connection 444871fd-46e3-4b10-a590-1cf30a0e1d77: “System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: ‘System.Net.Sockets.Socket’. at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Send(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size, SocketFlags socketFlags, SocketError& errorCode) at Couchbase.IO.MultiplexingConnection.Send(Byte[] request)”

This isn't an error and shouldn't be logged.
