Couchbase examples maybe need updating for 3.0 sdk

Tried to run Couchbase.SDK3_0.Examples (using VSCode). Seems program.cs:15 tries to instantiate a Cluster with an empty constructor, which appears not to be supported. There are more things that it complains about, but this first one seems like a place to start. This of course could be entirely due to my ignorance with all things dotnet. The error, from VSCode:

'Cluster' does not contain a definition for 'Initialize' and no accessible extension method 'Initialize' accepting a first argument of type 'Cluster' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) (CS1061) [Couchbase.SDK3.0.Examples]
