Refactor and improve performance of Node selection for a service

The specific method ClusterContext.GetRandomNodeForService and associated methods can be refactored and improved similar to how this is done in SDK 2.0: each service type has a specific nodes list, thus you just fetch a random (or however you dispatch service calls) Uri fro the list.
