CreateAndDropIndex test fails when run simultaneously with Query integration tests.

    Description

      Results in a CouchbaseException with an empty message. Debugger reveals this is due to an InternalServerError in the HTTP response.

      To reproduce, run Couchbase.IntegrationTests.Management.QueryIndexManagerTests.CreateAndDrop index and all the tests under Couchbase.IntegrationTests.Services.Query individually to verify they are working, then run them all simultaneously.
