      Running with: NCBC-2557 (http://review.couchbase.org/c/couchbase-net-client/+/130836/3)

      Testing Against: CB Server 6.5.1 - 4 node cluster with services 1x

      Test scenario: Failover the 'entry-point' node (the data node), and rebalance the cluster whilst running a Subdoc workload (ie continuous Subdoc requests).

      Results: Getting consistent timeouts after the failover, with no change after rebalance finishes.
