Transactions Query support requires Cause field on Query.Error

    Description

      Buried in the Transactions Query spec error handling section, it mentions the "cause" field on the individual query error, which is a TransactionOperationFailed as serialized by gocbcore.

      This field is currently not present on Query.Error, and there is no way to get at it via metadata/extradata, either.
