Description
Spotted while implementing User Management snippets for NCBC-2719.
The code sample added in https://github.com/osfameron/docs-sdk-dotnet/commit/fc5df8b6026a095dd2613f7a2559f44307d6be1e (translated from the Java) is giving me
System.FormatException: String '08/23/2021 15:40:38' was not recognized as a valid DateTime. |

This appears to be in the foreach statement.
At a guess, the parser may be expecting UK date format, while the server is replying with US date?
