Use System.Text.Json to serialize OperationResult and OperationResult<T>.ToString()

The serialization of the content should possibly use the configured transcoder/serializer in OperationResult<T>.

These are also low priority because they are obsolete APIs. We should also consider marking them with ObsoleteAttribute.
