NullReferenceException when bootstrapping fails and a mangement API call is made

    Description

      If you call Cluster.ConnectAsync and pass in a connection string that will never resolve to a cluster and then make a mangement API call, you may run into:

      System.NullReferenceException: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'

      This is not the correct error message that should be displayed, it should reflect that the connection cannot be made to the Couchbase server instance.
