Add additional DEBUG logging ConnectionFactory.CreateAndConnectAsync for TLS

Things that should be logged while authenticated with TLS/SSL (via the
RemoteCertificateValidationCallback): * The SslPolicyErrors generated by Authenticate (if they exist)

• The certificate server name and any useful cert details
• The name of the endpoint used that is being authenticated
• Any options related to TLS that may have been set (
  i.e. ClusterOptions.KvIgnoreRemoteCertificateNameMismatch)

Use redaction where appropriate.
