FIT Query: QueryOptionTest failures

The test:

• metricsAreAbsentUnlessRequested()
• preserveExpiry()
• exerciseAllOptions()
• consistentWith()

are all failing with various issues.

Causes:

• SDK returns QueryMetrics even when not requested. The RFC states that the "metrics" field of queries default to false. The is nullable in the SDK and doesn't get written to the request.
• Performer did not handle ClientContextId for QueryOptions, and SDK would overwrite it with a Guid if the options were cloned.
• Performer did not convert MutationState for ConsistentWith
• Performer did not convert handle preserve expiry
