Impossible to download .Net Client 1.3.x ZIPs via website

Trying to download the zip file for .Net Client 1.3.10.

Follow the navigation to Developer Portal / .Net SDK:

Go to "Download and API Reference" -> "Archive Downloads" and select 1.3:

Follow "Download the zip file from...":
