Test ClusterControllerTests.ShouldLoadConfigInfoFromHttpProvider is failing and does not following naming conventions

• Needs to follow naming conventions: underscores between words unless it's a type or method name
• System.InvalidOperationException : Cannot get Info if HttpProvider has not been initialized

That being said, I open improving/changing if it's value added.
