Expose CAS as a bytestring

Although CAS opaque value, but it shouldn't be PHP resource, because it makes complicated serialization it and passing around. Because of size incompatibility between 32bit and 64bit versions of php interpreters, it cannot be just int, but we can expose it as a binary string (or hexadecimal)
