Pecl warning that class not prefixed with package name "couchbase"

While working on the latest PHP client, some developers have noticed that the pecl package command is producing warnings about the class name prefix.

Warning: in DatasetExistsException.php: class "DatasetExistsException" not prefixed with package name "couchbase"

However, we are following namespace guidelines (and using sub-components) as agreed and allowed in the following RFC.
