Query tests intermittently fail

    Description

      Seems that the query tests for a particular cluster will just all fail with LCB_UNSUPPORTED_OPERATION. This needs a look - the cluster has query nodes, as we ping and wait for them to be there somewhere in setup. Could be the test infrastructure has an issue, could be there is a bug where the cluster object hits a bucket instead of cluster, etc...
