acouchbase - provide method to close event loop

A method to close the event loop cleanly (i.e. correctly close the event loop the acouchbase API creates and maintains) should be provided. Examples should show how to get the event loop (which will create a new loop if needed, this especially helps for some Windows wonkiness) and then close the event loop when finished.
