Update QueryIndexManagement API to use LCB HTTP methods

    Description

      Currently the Python client uses LCB's query index management methods (lcb_n1x_create, lcb_n1x_drop and lcb_n1x_list). Those have been recently deprecated. The Python client should use the HTTP methods for query index management (same as other management APIs).

      Integration tests are failing from an change in LCB 3.2.1. Moving away from the deprecated methods will allow tests to pass.
