SDK4: Centos/RHEL 7 install steps do not work

    Description

      Problem

      The install steps do not work on centos7. It looks like a number of dependencies are missing. Boost and Gcc5 (C++17 support) being two that are missing.

      Expectation

      Steps for Centos/RHEL 7 to work out of the box or the steps to explain everything that is needed.
