    Description

      In order to improve the developer experience we should provide wheels for as many platforms as possible. With the 4.0.1 release we have wheels for Windows and MacOS. We now need to focus on providing wheels for linux platforms.

      To get manylinux wheels working though, we have considerably more hoops to jump through. Stages for completing this work:

      • Work locally to build needed docker images based on the images provided from the Python packaging authority.
      • Jenkins pipeline updates to build and test manylinux wheels prior to releases
