Description
Lets have the Python SDK stick to using the internal API when doing operations with legacy durability.
Updates needed:
- Pull in new cxx client changes to keep legacy durability w/in the core API
- Determine how to handle PersistTo enum with options allowed with by the cxx client
- Expand test cases (specifically looking to add negative tests).
- Also, work through details on DurabilityImpossible exceptions so the if/else condition used in some of the durability tests can be removed
