txcouchbase - Fix Search API

The txcouchbase search API does not properly create a SearchRequest.

Tasks (just need to match other streaming APIs):

• The super class no longer takes the event loop
• create private _query_request_ftr, _query_d and _loop members
• create a loop property marked internal
