Linkedin: Python 4.1.X SDK documentation is missing information regarding using `multiOptions`

While a customer was working with the Binary part of the Python 4.1.X SDK, they had noticed that the MultiOptions for BinaryCollection operation is not documented.

e.g. We don't see the `AppendMultiOptions` mentioned  in the `Options` section of the documentation

Since the `AppendMultiOptions` feature accepts different arguments to `AppendOptions`, it would be worth adding documentation regarding these different arguments. 

Note that this is just an example and this supposedly applies for the documentation for all of the `multiOptions` in the Binary collection.
