At_plus example

DOC-2190 states: 
"Using at_plus is not a simple case of setting a parameter on an API. Unfortunately it is a little more involved where it has to be enabled at bucket creation time on the SDK. As it involves a few different steps, it needs explaining in the documentation."

All that's needed here is drop-in code samples - or, if direct replacement is not possible, something equivalent. Thanks.
