Add support for Gerrit validation testing

Gerrit should automatically perform basic validation against any commits which are pushed there. The level of testing performed for this should align with the validation step of the SDK builds doc (ex: compilation warning-checks, code style validation, code coverage, run any unit tests and perform a subset of the integration tests against CouchbaseMock, etc...).
