Implement async connect for Cluster/Bucket

    Description

      Preferably this would be done after LCB has implemented retry-if-not-connected (see 
      https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/CCBC-1200 , for example). Otherwise we would have to implement an operation queue to be fired on connection.

      We already have async connect as used by acouchbase and txcouchbase, we just need to separate out the async connection logic from the rest of the async code.
