MemcachedClient.asyncIncr() should have a version with default value

We would like to set the timeout of the incr() operation differently than the ops timeout of the client instance, which we would usually do by using the async version of the method and specifying the desired timeout in Future.get().
The problem is that there doesn't seem to be an asyncIncr() method that has a default value parameter, which we need.
